CE-CTG series: coolant through gearbox

This special application allows the use of the 2-Speed Gearbox for Inline solutions with coolant flowing through the unit and the spindle directly to the tools.

CE INLINE CTG1 SOLUTION: with Standard Hollow Output Shaft

2-Speed Gearboxes (with standard output shaft )  have hollow shaft that allows the machine manufacturer to develop and apply  his own solution (additional internal pipe through the gearbox and Rotary Union, usually inside the motor).

CE INLINE CTG2 SOLUTION: with Special Hollow Output Shaft

2-Speed Gearboxes, with output shaft ø70mm (DIN5480 Spline option),  have hollow shaft  and an internal pipe that allows the machine manufacturer to connect his own Rotary Union according to his needs, on the gearbox output shaft.

CE INLINE CTG3 SOLUTION: with Standard Hollow Output Shaft + Rotary Union

2-Speed Gearboxes, with output shaft ø70mm  (DIN5480 Spline option),  is supplied with an integrated Rotary Union on the output shaft, that allows the machine manufacturer to connect directly to the motor and the machine
