New Compact Y-Axis Unit

Baruffaldi has developed and launched at BIMU2018, in Milano, the new “Compact” Y-Axis units named Type “C”.

These new units with reduced dimensions can be assembled and integrated on any size of standard turning machine, flat or slant bed.

A double hydraulic guideways preload system allows hard machining operations, either with fixed tools and live tools.

The YAX-C units mount an integrated Driven Tool Turret that should be with Radial Tooling system (TBMR family) or Axial Tooling system (TBMA family).
